Summary

SnapTitle is a macOS menu bar utility that renames screenshot files using on-device optical character recognition (Apple Vision). SnapTitle does not collect personal data, does not require an account, and does not upload screenshots.

Data we collect

None. SnapTitle does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data. There are no SnapTitle servers.

What happens on your Mac

You grant access to a folder you choose (security-scoped bookmark).
When a new screenshot appears, SnapTitle reads the image locally and derives a filename.
Rename history (last 10) and settings are stored in local preferences on your Mac.

Network

The only network activity is Apple StoreKit for optional in-app purchase and restore. Screenshots are never uploaded.
