When reporting an issue
Please include:
- macOS version
- SizeDrop version and build number
- Image format (JPEG / PNG / HEIC) and approximate size
- Whether you used Max edge or Max file size
- Where the output was saved (same folder or Downloads)
Quick tips
- Launch SizeDrop — the panel opens under the menu bar extra labeled SizeDrop.
- Drop images onto the dashed area, or use Choose Images…
- Outputs are named
*_sizedrop.jpg/*_sizedrop.pngand never overwrite originals. - If the source folder is not writable under sandbox, SizeDrop saves to Downloads.
- Unlock is a one-time In-App Purchase (SizeDrop Lifetime), not a subscription. Restore Purchases is in Settings.
